Starting 23 April Wednesday and 25th Friday
Cycling Spin Classes Door opens at 6am to set up. The location is at Lancester Hall, Wesley Uniting Church, Forrest. (National Circuit, behind Rydges Hotel on Canberra Av)
You need your bike, rollers/trainers, and 2 towels, one to place the rollers/trainers on (no sweat or scratchs on the floor) and another for you to wipe yourself down.
The cost will be $5.00 Friday Morning will be at Bike Shed Phillip start time 6.15am to 7.15am. Door opens at 6am to set up.
