Uriarra Homestead
Timing: Racing will commence at 9:00am with rego closing at 8.45am.
Location: This course, commencing at the Uriarra Homestead, uses the roads from Uriarra Crossing, through to the end of the tar.
Start/Finish : The Start/Finish is at Uriarra Homestead. The riders head north towards Uriarra Crossing. Turning around riders proceed back along Uriarra Road and continue to the end of the bitument on Brindabella Road where they turn again, proceeding back past Uriarra Homestead.
Grades MA, WA, MB, MC will do 2 ½ laps,
Grades WB, WC, MD, ME will do 1 ½ laps.
Car Parking: Racers must park off the road at Uriarra Homestead.
Other information: Riders require a 2012 Cycling Australia licence. Riders must have an approved Australian Standard Helmet and this will be checked rego, and riders must have a bike in roadworthy condition. Riders must be present for the race brief prior to their grade start.
Entry is $10 for all Cycling Australia licence holders.

80 riders entered the Club Championships run on a challenging course.
Many thanks to the marshals from CCC and VCC for one of the best run races this year: Stu Shaw, Paul Shepherd (stepping in so Ewan could race), Warrick Hancock, Simon Lai and Robert Bleaker
Two sets of results are listed below – in overall race order – and then a set sorted by club by grade to more easily see club champions.
For me, the only sour note was one rider downgrading themselves – and effectively taking the Gold medal from other riders in that grade.
Next race is the ACT Championships on October 5 at Tidbinbilla – hosted by ADFCC.
Finally – the Corrin Classic is scheduled for October 19. However, consideration is being given to changing this event to the ACT Hill Climb Championships. A decision will be announced early this week.
