Canberra Cycling Club
Ryan, one of our awesome juniors, had a pretty unremarkable fall on the 24th of February – but with terrible results. A helicopter ride to Sydney and a long stay in hospital has seen him recovering but he has a long way to go with full recovery expected to take between 2 and 5 years. Ryan needs financial support so his family can be with him in Sydney and to meet the cost of ongoing treatment and rehabilitation.
On the 4th of May Club Member Steve Crispin along with students and teachers of Canberra high have been Everesting both Mt Stromlo and Black Mountain in order to help raise funds to help with Ryan’s recovery.
