Update Your Details!

Please check that your details in EntryBoss (our event entry system) and JustGo (AusCycling’s membership system) are correct and up to date. Doing so saves our volunteers heaps of time, and means your details and current insurance can be easily verified between the two systems.

Remember: it is your responsibility to make sure your information is current and up to date.

What membership do I need to race?

You need an AusCycling membership that includes racing to take part in our events. Unfortunately, we can’t accept other membership or bicycle insurance schemes.

• Club or Race membership – accepted for CCC club and inter-club races, including the Summer Crits.
• Race membership – required for state and national level events.
• Event Licence (1-Day $44 or 7-Day $74) – accepted for individual club events if you don’t hold a Club or Race membership. Not available for state or national events.
• Ride and Supporter memberships do not cover racing. If you hold one of these you will need to upgrade your membership (you only pay the pro-rata difference) or buy an Event Licence before you can race.

Riders under 13 automatically hold full Race membership. If you held an old Race All Discipline, Race Off-Road or Race Regional membership, it was moved to the new Race product when AusCycling changed systems, and remains valid until your next renewal.

You can take out a membership here. Event Licences can be bought in advance through your JustGo account. New to AusCycling? There is also a free trial for first-time members.

JustGo

AusCycling replaced tidyHQ with JustGo in 2026. Your old tidyHQ login and old digital licence no longer work. To get set up in JustGo:

1. Activate your account. Existing members should follow Log in for the first time after moving from TidyHQ. If family members shared one email address in tidyHQ, this article explains how their accounts were set up in JustGo. New members can create an account.
2. Check your details. Make sure your name and contact details are correct (Update your personal details). You can’t change your date of birth in JustGo. If it is wrong, contact AusCycling to have it fixed.
3. Download your new digital membership card (Download your digital membership card). Old tidyHQ cards are not accepted at events. Your card can take up to 15 minutes to appear after you buy or renew. On an iPhone, use the Safari browser to add it to Apple Wallet.

Other things you may need

• Parents of junior riders: Link a family member to your account so you can manage your children’s memberships and the 15% family discount applies.
• Members of another club: you can add a CCC membership alongside your existing club, and nominate which club is your primary club.

EntryBoss

When entering our events, make sure you use your EntryBoss profile with your current AusCycling membership number, and that all of your details are correct. You can access your EntryBoss profile here: https://entryboss.cc/account

Your EntryBoss profile may still hold details from the old tidyHQ system, such as an old licence type. Please re-check your EntryBoss profile after you have activated JustGo, and again after each renewal.

Received a Licence Check Request?

Please note that we (CCC) cannot change the information in your JustGo or EntryBoss profiles. It is up to you to make sure it is current and correct.

We won’t let you race if you haven’t got the right membership. For our club races that is a Club or Race membership, or a valid Event Licence.

How You Fix It

Don’t send us a copy of your licence

Things to check include making sure your membership is current and paid up, that it includes racing (not Ride or Supporter), and that your date of birth, membership number and name are all entered correctly and exactly match what is on your AusCycling membership.

If the name or date of birth in JustGo is wrong, fix that first (see Update your personal details). Date of birth can only be changed by AusCycling.

1. Get your membership number

AusCycling members can find their membership number:

• On their digital membership card from JustGo (in JustGo: My Profile → Membership → download icon).
• By logging in to their JustGo account.
• In their membership confirmation or renewal email from AusCycling.

2. Correct it in EntryBoss

Once you have your correct and current membership information from JustGo, check and correct it in EntryBoss. You do that on the ‘Account’ page here: https://entryboss.cc/account

Multiple EntryBoss Profiles?

Sometimes members (for whatever reason) have multiple EntryBoss profiles. It is up to you to enter using the correct profile. If you have entered on the wrong profile, it is an easy self-service process to ‘scratch’ the wrong entry and re-enter on the correct profile.

You can email EntryBoss support and request that they remove your old unwanted profiles. Make sure you provide them with enough information to do that.
