Thanks for visiting the Canberra Cycling Club website; we hope you find this site to be a helpful source of information about the club and cycling in the Australian Capital Territory. The Canberra Cycling Club is one of the oldest and largest cycling clubs in Australia and is affiliated with the ACT Cycling Federation and Cycling Australia. The Club is proud of its success over the years and is currently represented on the international stage by a number of riders, including Mathew Hayman, Michael Rogers, Nathan Haas, Adam Phelan, Chloe Hosking and Gracie Elvin.
During the winter months, the traditional Australian road season, the Club runs regular road racing events at locations throughout the ACT. In the summer, the Club hosts the popular Wednesday night Criterium Series held at the purpose built facility at Stromlo Forest Park, conducts track racing at the Narabundah Velodrome and continues to run road races including the recently introduced and well liked Twilight Series.
The Club Committee is currently focused on the development and an increase in participation in Women’s Cycling, and the continual development of our Junior members. We are currently revising our Development Programs and hope to launch new, more targeted programs during late 2015.
