The exciting news is we have organised for Lewis Rattray to run a skills clinic prior to the race. Lewis is one of Australia’s most experienced ‘cross riders having spent 2 seasons based in Belgium including representing Australia at the 2012 and 2013 World Championships.
The clinic will cost $10 (to help bring Lewis up from Melbourne) and will start at 2:45pm. The event is open to riders with either CA or MTBA license and an Australian Standard helmet. Day licenses will be available on the day. If you don’t have a cyclocross bike don’t worry, as the course will be rideable on all types of bikes.
Bring your roadie, commuter or mountain bike if you don’t have a cross bike. True to cyclocross, there will be at least one section that will make you get off your bike. Parking is found just of Tantangra St. Overflow parking can be found at Duffy shops and Duffy Primary school.
